Multiplex Stri Krishi Shakti (MSKS) is a pioneering initiative by Multiplex, designed to bridge the gap between innovative agricultural solutions and rural farming communities through the power of women-led outreach.
MSKS is an all-women rural marketing and extension team aimed at deepening Multiplex’s presence in villages. Women team members are trained and designated as “Agriculture Extension Service Providers”, serving as vital connectors between farmers and Multiplex.
This initiative focuses on:
To establish a transformative, all-women rural marketing team that enhances agricultural outreach, empowers women and drives sustainable growth in farming communities across India.
To empower rural women as Agri-marketing leaders—expanding Multiplex’s reach through data-driven campaigns, promoting sustainable farming practices, and boosting the adoption of innovative Agri-inputs, while nurturing long-term farmer relationships.
We are looking for enthusiastic rural women ready to make a difference in agriculture.
