Your primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Conducting and Monitoring Demo plots Assessment.
• To conduct farmer meetings across assigned territory.
• To handle product promotions activities among farmers, dealers.
• To prepare product training manuals for the field staff
• To attend customer related issues and close the matter
• Identify, manage exhibitions, dealer programs, etc.
• Provide support to Agronomist activities
• Reporting to Local or regional line manager
• Develop and drive product strategy. Ensure the profitability of portfolio and dominate market share.
• Market Research: Identification & development of potential customers; maintaining customer & Competitors database.
• Introduction & Launching of New Products: To coordinate with R&D and Production Team for Development, Preparation of marketing Dossier, Sampling, Time frame for Launching and commercialization.
• Monthly report preparation/presentation. Generation of monthly MIS report related to product given. Monthly Revenue forecast and Planning

• B.Sc - Agriculture /M.Sc Agri and MBA
• Minimum 2 to 7 Years of experience in Sales of Agrochemicals/ Pesticides & Fertilizer/Chemicals or related Agricultural Products.
• Knowledge of Crop Pattern & Pest Control.
• Knowledge of Seasonal Crops, Pesticides, Fertilizers, Agrochemicals
