Developing sales and marketing strategies and its’ implementation. Expand the market base through identification of new market segments by innovative strategies. Managing the sales channel and the distribution infrastructure. Monitoring and achieving monthly sales target. Other responsibilities will be budget monitoring and cost control, coordinating with Sales Team and resolving sales issues, increasing sales, building a better brand image.
Should be a graduate having experience in Fertilizer (Micronutrient) and Pesticide marketing experience. Should be ready to travel extensively.
Conduct field demonstration, farmers training program, campaigning about the products, educating farmers about pest or decease, giving advise to the farmers. Development of our products in the market.
Should be graduate/post graduate / Ph.D in Entomology/ Pathology/ Soil Science/Agronomy, with 0 -4 yrs. of exp. in development/ Field related work. Should be ready to travel extensively. Only Male candidates are preferred.
Should handle accounts activities of the sales branch. Co-ordination with sales Team, day-to-day collection followup and sales reporting, invoice raising and handle tax issues. co-ordinate with distributor and retailers. Other admin activities.
Should be a graduate in commerce having experience in accounts and worked in marketing branch. Should be ready to move anywhere in India based on requirement. Knowledge of SAP and Tally is must. Need good communication.
